(1 Thessalonians 2: 4 - My Life Verse)
But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing men, but God, which trieth our hearts.
We do not correct the King James Bible!

I stand without apology upon the King James Bible.  I believe the Holy Spirit gave us a perfect Bible and preserved it pure for the English language in this Bible.  I preach and believe it without doubt and spend no time correcting it!

I am an Independent Baptist, count myself in no man's "camp," nor do I belong to any "secret handshake" club.  My friends in the ministry are old-fashioned, unpretentious, plain-spoken Baptist preachers.

Welcome!

Thank you for visiting the online media outreach ministry of Evangelist Sam R. Ensor.  You can go through our Bible Institute study course, Doctrines and Disciplines for Bible Believers.

First introduced in 1981, it is the doctrinal discipleship arm of our ministry.  Thousands of individuals, local churches, prison and worldwide missionaries have used this course to prepare  new converts and church members alike for Christian service.

The Bible Institute study course was developed to provide an advanced survey of the important doctrines of the historic Christian faith.  The Fourth Edition is now available online.

This current website has been abbreviated for content while we redesign and refocus the information on the pages to reflect upon the  changes in our ministry.

I am now seventy-eight years old.  After forty-eight years of preaching the Lord has made it possible for me to slow down and spend more time on writing and teaching.  The Bible Institute, of course, will always be central to our work for the Saviour.

Thank you for spending time with us during your visit.

What you may learn here is meaningless unless you know the answers to life's two greatest questions.  First, do you know without a shadow of doubt that your sins are forgiven?  Second, do you know, not hope, that you are going to Heaven when you die?  Everything else concerning eternity depends upon your answers.  Consider from your heart these Bible truths:
We are all sinners:  For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.  (Romans 3: 23)

The penalty of sin is death:  The wages of sin is death.  (Romans 6: 23a)

God offers hope:  But the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
(Romans 6: 23b)

The first step to forgiveness is repentance:  Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. (Luke 13: 3 - repentance is Godly sorrow which causes one to turn away from sin)

God graciously forgives:  In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace. (Ephesians 1: 7)

Just ask Him:  For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
(Romans 10: 13)

God's Word assures your destiny:  These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of  the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.  (1 John 5: 13)
